The Head of the Anacostia is this Saturday. Blair will have entries in the Men’s Jr. 4+ at 9:30 a.m. and the Women’s Jr. 4+ at 10:55 a.m.

Every rower should bring a re-fillable water bottle. This is very important because we are not providing bottles. Every rower or family should be donating some food or drink item. This is a relatively short day as regattas go, but the kids will still need breakfast and lunch foods. Parking and directions
Parking for rowers and spectators will be at the Maritime Plaza parking lot. The lot is located at 1201 M Street SE, Washington, DC 20003 and is on the road to the boathouse. You may park in the upper lot only. You will be towed if you park in the lower lot. The parking lot is a 3/4 mile walk to the boathouse. There is handicapped parking at the Boathouse. This venue is known for requiring parking passes, however to date we have not been advised that this will be required this year. If that changes and they do require one, we will send you a link so you can print it and place it on your dash board.
